I guess we have accepted that most cities make you have a dog licence. They give you credit cards special to buy a dog so your ammortizing your dog over 10 years and ever since then the left has been fighting back. Inching their way into food stores with the fake seeing eye dog going into stores making you think your dog is out of style in a coat mommy made for him. But now the CAT is up for grabs in January we will licence them too. As it is you will get a fine for not cleaning up after your dog and a fine for not having them on a leash now cats too will and do have a leash law. So will witches get a tax exemption for owning a cat? OR will it be that the kids don't get a college education because they owned a dog and a cat? It is so bizzare. City Hall probably followed all the single women in the city to see what luxury they spend their money on like French Purfume then they figured that we could also afford to pay for the cat. What is next? HOw about taxing these great big jack rabbits that hop around? What? There's no spelling button on this thing?
I think I have the invitations, decorations, food and costume covered but what about activities? Can anyone think of a good game with tarot cards? I love halloween even more than Christmas. Some of my guests are afraid of Ouiga boards so that is out. Please think of something please.
