I have to say work is hard no doubt and sometimes you get people you just can't stand to help, but when associates are going by policy and a customer wants to piss you off i think you should have every right to get angry. Here is the story so i can catch you up with what i'm talking about.. Ok so i work in the fitting room at walmart sometimes and the policy changed to one person per room the way that would change is if person couldn't dress themself or if it was an ankle biter so this older lad  more...

I feel bad for you, but it is Walmart. That type of behavior is unacceptable, but you are dealing with people who see it as acceptable. You can not change anything about the situation other than removing yourself from Walmart & finding a better job. I work for Nordstroms as a makeup artist & no one there would ever treat me with disrespect & if they did I would not accept that from them. Don't you have a manager or security that can address these people?

when thngs escalate to such a degree, its best to get away ,get distance, find a superior in your case.and keep in mind ,how someone acts may sometimes have very little to do with you.people are sometimes already unerved, upset at things,so ANYTHING will get them flared up.its hard, but try not to take it tooo personal, and dont change,-regards.

Two quotes to remember on this:

"Life isn't fair: GET USED TO IT."

"Those people who make themselves a problem, usually AREN'T a problem for those people who are prepared to deal with them."
