I had a story to tell about this guy I once new,

I messed up the first time our lives came together,
And I have to take this opportunity to speak my mind,
Before my chance to say these words is gone forever,
I have looked for him for 8........Years,
Now I have to dig in my soul to muster up the courage,
To break free from the killer of silence and all of its tears.

Now that I found him I have so much to say.
I want him to know that every moment of every second of every minute.
From internally in my soul, I prayed for this day.
I dreamt about this moment!
What it would be like to feel his embrace.
Or his soft lips touching my face?

Please shhh....let me speak.

I think about his gorgeous smile,
I've missed it everyday,
I think about the way he felt inside me,
Oh......it takes my breath away,
I know now that I loved him, do love him, and will love him,
I understand he has a life now and he is not going to drop everything for me today.

Please shhhh......let me speak.

No matter where I go and what I do.
He stays on my mind so my feelings are true.
There was only one missing element in this love affair.
And it's sad to say he was never aware.
So, I'll put my heart on the chopping block to be broken,
Just so he knows I love him and the words are not again UNSPOKEN!
