Are there any brits on this web site, if so then why not contact me, i am a service wife home alone and looking for some friends to share the kids experience. Any bored mums out there??? if so then let me know.
Yet another brit here who is mighty confused by this site. It doesn't make it easy to talk to people in the military unless you pay :( Would just like to support those who are fighting for us by keeping in touch and being there for them xx
Hay all, another brit here although one whose not sure if this thread is still going!
Looking to make new friends for chat and being ever hopefull who knowes what else.
New to this site and have no idea how this site works but I have a friend who is desperate for me to stop being single and this keeps her happy! Makes it look like im trying lol and if i get to chat to new and interesting people its all good.

I'm not a Brit, but am in the process of applying for my UK Citizenship. Birthright, as my mum is from the UK (raised in Canada). Lemme tell you: it's a bloody EXPENSIVE process, to have dual citizenship! About 300-quid!
Mum: 56, has been in Canada since she was 2.5 years-old, and is still a British subject. NOT Canadian. My grandparents & aunt have been dual citizens for over 25 years. Not Mum. Lazy, I suppose. Now, she realizes that it's more of a hassle to renew her expired UK passport, than to apply for Can. citizenship. We're ALL on her case to get the task over & done with! (silly woman!)
This is an interesting site, though I am a "virgin" on it. Any tales to tell, people?
